All clients of the Contractor providing services using MIG HOSTING, whose details are indicated on the website, can take advantage of the 3-day money-back guarantee if our services did not satisfy their needs and the following conditions are met:

1.1. The provision of services is terminated within 3 calendar days from the moment of their order; 1.2. The client immediately cancels the services. 1.3. A refund ticket is opened by the client immediately after the cancellation of services. 2. The money-back guarantee does not apply under the following conditions: 2.1. The provision of services was terminated due to a violation of the Public Service Agreement (Terms of Use). 2.2. Refunds cannot be made due to problems with the payment system used by the client to make the payment - for example, the lack of support for the refund mechanism or the operation of the international system is limited by sanctions. 3. The three-day money-back guarantee applies only to Linux and Windows VPS, dedicated servers, virtual hosting, colocation and backup hosting services. 4. The 3-day money-back guarantee does not apply to domain names, additional IP addresses, SSL certificates, software licenses, commission payments, tax deductions, paid maintenance services (such as administration) and other similar payments to third parties, which cannot be refunded be carried out. 5. Only the amount actually paid is refundable. Bonuses, discounts that have been applied or credited to the balance are not taken into account. 6. At our discretion, funds may be deducted from the amount returned to cover the cost of man-hours spent on administration and individual service settings (initial installation and service settings, software installation, diagnostics and troubleshooting of hardware and software components of services), etc. p. even if these services were initially provided free of charge. 7.
