Consent to the processing of personal data
I, the client of the service, MIG HOSTING , give my consent to the processing of my personal data (including: collection, storage, systematization, modification, deletion, use, distribution, depersonalization, blocking).
I agree that the information provided by me, in accordance with the regulations of the public Internet service WHOIS and the Terms of use of the Internet service MIG HOSTING , can be obtained by third parties at any time in the manner determined by the regulations of the public Internet service WHOIS and the Terms of use of the Internet service MIG HOSTING . MIG HOSTING has the right to provide access and transfer my personal data to third parties without any additional messages, without changing the purpose of their processing.
The purpose of using personal data and their subsequent processing is to provide the client with the services provided by the service.
The Service undertakes to process the client's personal data in strict accordance with the legislation of Ukraine on the protection of personal data.
If the client believes that the measures taken by the service cannot ensure full protection of personal data during transmission, incl. cross-border, the client agrees that his personal data will be transferred in an anonymized form, if this does not entail the inoperability of the services provided to the client.
Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data can be carried out by sending a corresponding order in a simple written form to the e-mail address or postal address. At the same time, the client agrees that such a review may entail the following consequences:
Refusal on the part of the service to provide services, due to the impossibility of their performance without the specified data
Deletion of a domain name, if it is impossible to maintain it without the service having such data
The Client hereby instructs the Service as a Registrar, if necessary (if required by the Rules and Regulations of the relevant domains or services), to publish their personal data in the databases of the relevant services in the volume and form necessary for the operation of services, services, domains.
The Client agrees that his personal data may be transferred to another Registrar or Public Domain Administrator, if the operation performed requires identification of the client as the owner of the domain name.
Privacy Policy
According to the Service Agreement between MIG HOSTING and the customer, the parties adhere to the following privacy policy:
The Customer agrees to the processing of personal information by the Contractor (including: collection, storage, systematization, modification and deletion, use, distribution, depersonalization, blocking). The purpose of using personal data and their subsequent processing is to receive the services of the Contractor by the Customer. The Contractor undertakes to process personal data in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine on the protection of personal data. The Customer agrees that the Contractor has the right to anonymize his personal data for transfer (including cross-border) to other subjects of the domain name registration market. The Customer also agrees that the Contractor has the right to transfer his personal data to other subjects of the domain name registration market in an open (not depersonalized) form.
The Customer has the right to revoke the consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending instructions to the Contractor in a simple written form to the Contractor's postal address. In case of receipt of such an order, the Contractor has the right to suspend the provision of services to the Customer, namely, to terminate the execution of this Agreement and the removal (termination of registration) of the domain name.
The Customer, concluding this agreement, instructs the Contractor as the Registrar to publish his own personal data in the databases of the relevant services in the public domain on the Internet, necessary for the operation of services, services and domains. The Customer agrees that his personal data may be transferred to another registrar and / or Domain Administrator, if any operation on the domain name requires identification of the Customer as the owner (Registrant) of the domain name.
